Combining certain medications, such as warfarin, clozapine, or dabigatran, with Zelboraf can cause potentially serious drug interactions. Some of these reactions may result in decreased effectiveness of the medications or an increased risk for certain side effects. Make sure your healthcare provider is aware of any other products (including vitamins and herbal supplements) you are taking before starting Zelboraf treatment.
